EMBRACE YOURSELF
Close your eyes, imagine that your breath has a color, and follow it along its path as you inhale and exhale, as it enters and exits. Let the scent assist you. Then, focus your attention to the water gently sliding over your skin, give your emotions to it, so it may wash them away. Embrace yourself with love in the silence of the water, and if a thought carries you away, gently return to the breath. Allow yourself a time as if it were endless. Your body will tell you when it is time to open your eyes again.
